Most ratings give you one number and hope you don’t ask how it was checked. We publish a second axis — the Verification Level so a Gold at Verification Level A (audited) is never confused with a Gold at Verification Level D (self-declared).

Below 40, a company still earns Committed (for transparency) and receives a private improvement report but no public performance medal. Medals also require a minimum Verification level, so a top tier can’t be earned on unverified, self-declared data alone.
